Starting Back

Blog Home » Starting Back

Hello from Joel and Holly outside of lockdown learning! We are so glad to be back together with all of our friends and teachers. It has been a long time. It feels amazing to be back in the classroom.

We have been very busy this term. Activities for comic relief: own clothes, cake and movies, what’s not to love! Some of Year 5 have also been working towards the Scholarship examination and we had our exam at the Dixie Senior School on Saturday 20th March 2021. It was a bit nerve-racking but the chocolate cookie kept us going!

Easter is coming up and we have been making Easter bonnets for the parade and decorating eggs for the competition which we will be judging this year, alongside the House Captains. We even had an Easter egg hunt with a delicious chocolate egg as a prize – thank you to the PTA.

At last, it feels like we are almost back to normal. We wish everyone a happy Easter – with loads of chocolate!

Joel and Holly

PS. Reception lookout for your Easter cards made by us!
